Review suggestions

Each suggestion shows what it would change, why the AI suggested it, and which AI and model made it. Tick the ones you want, then Approve selected or Reject selected. Select all ticks everything waiting.

  • With Claude Desktop or ChatGPT, Copy a request copies a ready-made request ("Review my uncategorized transactions in Nani Accounting and suggest categories, with a short reason for each.") to paste into your AI.
  • With an API key, Run a review now asks your AI directly.
  • The list refreshes on its own every 15 seconds, or with Check for new suggestions.
  • If something changes before you decide (the line was booked another way, the year was locked), the suggestion says it's no longer valid and why.
  • Suggestions waiting at year end hold up the CPA package, so review them before you wrap up.
